VIVIENNE FROM WINDSOR
Today, you have collected my vehicle - it was a smooth process, thank you
for your help.
Is my online quotation guaranteed?
As long as the car is complete (with engine, gearbox, body panels, catalyst, battery and all the wheels) the price we offer is guaranteed for 48hrs and there are no deductions or administration charges whatsoever. Note that the car should be free from any waste and accessible.
How long does it take to collect my car?
Once you agree the price we will contact you within 30 minutes in working hours (we call and arrange a time/day for collection, typically this will be within 48 working hours). The actual collection time takes fifteen minutes; that's to load your car onto the recovery vehicle but it may take longer depending on the location of your car and how difficult it is to remove.
What do I need to provide at the time of collection?
To make the process quick have the registration document (V5C), a photo I.D, a recent utility bill, the car key, and locking wheel nut key if your car has alloy wheels, and any other paperwork you may have for the car would be useful.
What to do I do with my car insurance?
You can cancel your car insurance as soon as the car has been collected. If you cancel your insurance before the car is collected, then it is illegal for you to use it on the public highway.
How do your online quotes work?
We use our own bespoke quotation system to provide you with the best and fastest scrap price for your car. We're not an aggregator that hands your data to someone else, and it is us that will collect your car.

About Windsor Berkshire
Windsor is a historic market town and unparished area in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead in Berkshire, England, close to London. It is widely known as the site of Windsor Castle, one of the official residences of the British Royal Family.
The average journey time between Windsor And Eton and London is 1 hour 4 minutes . On an average weekday, there are 36 trains travelling from Windsor And Eton to London.
The early history of the site is unknown, although it was almost certainly settled some years before 1070 when William the Conqueror had a timber motte and bailey castle constructed. The focus of royal interest at that time was not the castle, however, but a small riverside settlement about 3 miles (4.8 km) downstream. King Henry I married his second wife at Windsor Castle in 1121
The town is situated 21.7 miles (34.9 km) west of Charing Cross, central London, 5.8 miles (9.3 km) southeast of Maidenhead, and 15.8 miles (25.4 km) east of the county town of Reading. It is immediately south of the River Thames, which forms its boundary with its smaller, ancient twin town of Eton. The village of Old Windsor, just over 2 miles (3 km) to the south, predates what is now called Windsor by around 300 years; in the past Windsor was formally referred to as New Windsor to distinguish the two.
